I don't hate it as much as many other people who love the original show seem to, but I still prefer the original.

McSquishin (edited )Link ParentEdit: Please ignore the above. I closed out Test Flight and when I re-opened the app it showed another update was available. I'm now on 1.2 and have successfully logged in. Thanks for the fix...I still cannot log in. The exact message I am getting is "Failed to login. Please check username and password." I know for sure that I am using the correct username and password. I have updated Backtick though Test Flight. It's showing that it's on version 1.1 (6)Edit: Please ignore the above. It depends on your location, your licensing, if you're in a union, and several other factors. I myself make a good living doing what I do. I don't regret going into the trades after leaving the Army.

Thank you for giving me the impetus to actually read up on this and clear this up in my head.

A long time ago I spent some time in the US Army as a combat medic, so combat medicine is another interest of mine. Like many I have abandoned reddit due to the recent events taking place over there, but I am really enjoying the atmosphere of Tildes so far.

It pretty explicitly states what their investigation found which among other things were several classified documents. Some were as high as Top Secret, but that fact is incidental. The level of classification is irrelevant to the legal statute as far as I am aware. My reading of that statement is, paraphrasing, "yes she mishandled classified material, but we can't prove intent."
The problem with this is that intent has no bearing on the law here.I myself have held a Secret clearance way back in the day. It was made painfully clear to me, repeatedly, that I was responsible for the handling of any classified material in my possession, and that any violation regardless of circumstance or intent would be punished.Edit: Apparently intent absolutely does matter here as pointed out in a reply

The problem is that there is a precedent set previously by former FBI Director James Comey in regards to Hilary Clinton not being prosecuted for mishandling classified documents. Again, if the law was applied evenly like it should then Trump should be held accountable. But selectively prosecuting people based off of politics is a terrible road to take, and we started down that path in 2016.
I run a decent sized firearms discord server. I've offered invites to people there, but the lack of a firearms group here on tildes is a common point made. We could post stuff in hobbies, but people can feel a certain way about firearms and I'm not trying to provoke any strong feelings.
