    I want to make something along the lines of Frie Emblem. Turn based, sword and sorcery, warring kingdoms, small time guy becomes big time hero. I think I've got way too many ideas to actually make something coherent and have to cut some but I just keep adding more to my notes.

    Does it count that I'm learning to make my own game by using an engine? Kinda been messing around with Defold and seeing what I can do with it but I have no prior experience.

    I'm now reminded of final fantasy tactics and felt I couldn't get into it as much but it did hold my interest so maybe that might be something for you? I'll give ogre a try at some point

    One thing I've seen but haven't tried yet is Fire Emblem Illusory Dungeon. Rogue-like, a few random maps and random units to beat a boss at the end. You might be into it too.

    I always felt that Terraria did some of the same points as minecraft. No infinite worlds but has the defend yourself from monsters at night/base building

    It cooks pancake mix just as well as waffle mix! I like the novelty of it and how it holds all the syrup I want (which can be more than others would ever want)
