Scary yet fascinating at the same time. More here:

Haven't played many games in the past few months (almost none tbh) so this is a breath of fresh air for me. If anyone has any non-spoiler tips to share, let me know!

Yeah I’m definitely working on it with my prescriber (as it’s not the psychologist directly that handles my meds) and we’ll see how it goes. I just worry that if none of the stimulant based meds work that nothing else might.

    We’ll see. Thanks again.

Medikinet XL is what they started me on, the first week there wasn’t really any difference but the second week when I upped the dosage it drove my emotional dysregulation wild, I was so angry I could’ve probably gone to jail lmao. They told me to stop it and now I’m on Elvanse with no difference. :/

What’s it like for you on Vyvanse? As in, before and after you take it for the day?

I’m currently on 50mg Elvanse (Vyvanse) and honestly I am not seeing any difference other than heart palpitations.

I still procrastinate and can barely focus, I still get crazily overstimulated, and it’s honestly like I am not even taking it. :/ This is the second medication I’m trying. Maybe it’ll kick in better at 70mg…

Decent movie, worth a watch, the music is definitely worth going to the cinema for. Visuals too, to be honest.

Writing and acting is weak though and personally I found it cringe inducing.

Overall a 6/10 for me. Main villain was the reason I bumped it up to a 6.

I second your thought of seeking a different psychologist. I’m not in the US, and it took me roughly 3-4 years (not exaggerating) to get a diagnosis. The first “psychologist” I spoke to didn’t even care to ask me questions while I was explaining my heart out with my symptoms and at the end of the “30 minute assessment” he concluded I didn’t have ADHD, and that it’s something else. When I asked him what it could be, he told me “it sounds like you have DID”… … … I was speechless, I had given up for roughly a year before I found a route to seek diagnosis again from a private source but funded by the government. That also took roughly a year and a bit (taken into account for the 3-4 year frame), but in the end I got diagnosed with ADHD-C.

Executive dysfunction, emotional dysregulation and inability to focus are the 3 worst symptoms I have and literally are crippling my life. So far meds haven’t been responsive.

I relate to the ability to play a game for hours but almost being unable to do other shit. Especially studying, even subjects that I adore.

My point I guess is that yes, you’re right and @caliper should seek a different psychologist.

What a garbage company. Flyers need to be made, produced and distributed world wide in all cities so that people are aware of this.

The vast vast vast majority of people using meta products will not be aware of these things, that’s the sad reality. IMO the best way to make people aware of things like this is with flyers distribution and friendly education.

Tuta (Germany) and Proton (Switzerland) are the only two providers I'd recommend as an alternative to Gmail. I actually use Tuta mostly and it's pretty good, and they are privacy advocates with recently threatening to sue if Chat Control were to pass.

They have a free tier (with not much storage) and a paid tier, the paid tier is worth it at least out of principles.

It's so unfortunate that server costs are so high there can't exist a competitor to YouTube without massive funding. I'd be all over it if there was an alternative and given that they were ethical, I'd happily subscribe for even £20 a month.

Enjoying YouTube (or whatever is there to enjoy of it with all the censorships due to demonatization) on my phone (Orion on iOS & uBlock Origin) and pc (Firefox & uBlock Origin).

    Enshittification is making life exhausting.

Hmm, my headphone's cable came with the thicker jack, not the usual 3.5mm, this is why I use the interface. Can't plug and play in most places haha.

See this link for better answers as to what 250 vs 80 Ohm does. Your mileage may vary though as to what you'd enjoy. I got mine as 250 Ohm because I have an audio interface to go along with it.

I paid around £79 for it, if I recall right. I did buy the 250 Ohm version though, but I'm sure the 80 Ohm version is equally great.

If you do end up getting it, I hope you enjoy yours as much as I still do with mine.
