I designed an addition for our house on CorelDraw (been using it for over 20 years already) and now I'm building it. I have done some renovations in the past but this is my first addition. The fun part is that I want to incorporate in floor heat using a hydronic (circulating heated water) heating that will be heated first by woodstove and then by our water heater, if needed.

What is the reasoning behind one day in prison? Just so it's on the record that he 'did time'?

Would not for a second, doubt that this is a false flag. The warmongers are getting restless. You can't sell arms to countries if they don't get to use up the old ones and you can't use up arms if you don't have an enemy. Sometimes 'follow the money' is indeed the simplest explanation.

I finally logged on again and saw your reasoned reply. I hope this doesn't sound trite, but I honestly feel so bad for your situation. I lived in a unloved state for 22 yrs of marriage with a wife who started out not loving, and ended up seething with anger toward me. But I refused to give up. She finally divorced me, punted me out like yesterday's garbage.
I was at an all time low at that point. Despite having achieved a position at work above my education level, being well liked there and in our community, I felt like dog shit. I thought I would never be loved and my ex pounded that point home.
So I took a risk and put myself out there in the online dating world. And what I discovered was that I was not only desirable but that I was actually considered "better than average" which totally surprised me. So I started dating. And that was hard. I gave up several times and took a break from seeing anyone because I just got tired of the search. I went for a TON of coffee dates, not relationships, just 'get to know you' meetups and almost all of them went nowhere. But a few ended in short term relationships. A few months.
Then finally, after years of searching, I met her. The one woman I had been looking for. Something clicked immediately and we could not only talk for hours, she was the whole package for me - smart, wise, high standards, beautiful, deeply caring, laid back, sexy - the whole package. At our first meeting there was a significantly different feeling than all the other women I'd met. I drove out 500 miles to meet her and on the way home I knew I had found "home"
We've been together for 14 years now, married for 9 and still very much thrilled that I met her and get to love her. And that she loves me just the way I am, warts and all.
I hope you dont give up on love my friend. There is SO much there to give you life instead of draining it out of you. The struggle to find it is real. The times you get knocked down suck like crazy. But when you find it, it makes the struggle so worth the effort.

Canada and the US are taking a massive risk by not grounding their MAX planes. With so many other countries doing so, if there is even a scare on any other airline with this plane, the backlash could be fatal to their future. I worked at one of the airlines in Canada that is still flying it's MAX's and the first thing we learned in orientation was how many airlines have gone out of business since the industry started. It's in the hundreds and it's not at all uncommon.

Lone viewers of pornography become accustomed to being fully in control of their sexual experience – which again, says Faulkner, “isn’t replicated in the real world”. Being faced with a real, complicated human being, with needs and insecurities, could be deeply off-putting.

I think this point is key. Relationships take some skills, work, diligence and perseverance to become healthy and meaningful. AFTER they are healthy and meaningful, sex can be very satisfying part of the important 'glue' that keeps a couple together. Fast hookups can be fun for a short time but inevitably they are deeply unsatisfying because what we crave as humans is intimacy which goes far beyond just banging genitals and an orgasm. We all have a need and desire to know and be known deeply and if the rush of getting off is constantly satisfied by porn, then the desire to go deeply into an intimate relationship gets short-circuited and ultimately, it leaves one empty.

And what's the biggest market segment in the Canadian/American auto market? Trucks! Half tons. Everyone wants more room and BIG vehicles, especially anyone living outside of the inner city. Go figure.

Buell was wise in breaking from Harley Davidson. I talked to my local HD dealer and they made it clear that even though Harley was coming out with an electric motorcycle of their own, there was no way they were going to stock it. Not only did it mean a huge investment in new equipment and training for their mechanic shop, but they predicted that total sales would be so low that they would be 'stuck' maintaining bikes that just aren't going to sell well to the traditional Harley crowd.

It's pretty obvious that Harley has appealed for years, to the big bad boy biker crowd and any visit to a Harley bike rally will involve a lot of beer bellies, offensive t-shirts, leather and half naked women - not exactly the niche crowd that would spend big dollars on an electric to "save the planet."

Harley obviously has a major marketing problem on its hands and it's yet to be seen if companies like Fuell will do any better. So far there doesn't seem to be a lot of love for electrics but that could change if prices drop substantially.
