Sir_Shakes Game looks very cool. Are the voxel and ray tracing significant elements to the game itself or just apart of the graphics/aesthetics? I'm asking because I've only just now skimmed the wiki...Game looks very cool. Are the voxel and ray tracing significant elements to the game itself or just apart of the graphics/aesthetics? I'm asking because I've only just now skimmed the wiki articles for both things.

This year I wanted to make a point to support and follow more indie game developers. I thought I'd post this topic to spread some love. Let's share indie game projects and developers that we are currently following to help them get some more exposure. Here are a few from my end:
Pizza Tower:
https://pizzatowerguy.itch.io/
The demo feels so good to play. Controls are really tight and art/animation is really charming albeit eye-straining on higher resolution.
Guinea Pig Parkour:
https://twitter.com/GPigParkour
This game is not as far along as Pizza Tower, but the game-play footage looks superb. Seems like a taxing process considering the level of polish being demonstrated. Looking through GPigParkour's twitter, apparently this is something that they have been working on since 2016.Headcannon (Stealth):
http://www.headcannon.com/vertebreaker.html
You probably know Headcannon as the development team behind Sonic Mania. Despite the amazing job they did on Sonic Mania they don't receive much of anything for their hard work. The only pay from Sega that they received was the commission to create Sonic Mania and don't receive any revenue from sales. A recent kickstarter for the game Vertebreaker had be be cancelled because they were unable to raise enough funds for it. The founder and head of Headcannon Stealth goes into detail about this in the linked video. I highly recommend you check them out and donate to their Patreon if you can. They certainly have the talent and know how to create some cool ass games.

Sir_Shakes I was just about to post this. The last section of this game takes a really sad nosedive in gameplay. The final boss is just awful too since about 90% of it is on that stupid rocket.I was just about to post this. The last section of this game takes a really sad nosedive in gameplay. Sir_Shakes I tried to get into soundcloud myself and I seemed to have noticed that too, but I use the site so very little that I could be wrong too. Sir_Shakes It's a cool medium. I typically buy it for both the tactile listening and the cool covers. It's also a nice way to take me away from the computer considering I spend too much time on the internet. It's a cool medium. I typically buy it for both the tactile listening and the cool covers. Sir_Shakes That is exactly what I think since I forked over the money. I also use the app streaming on my phone more than I though I ever would. That is exactly what I think since I forked over the money. I also use the app streaming on my phone more than I though I ever would.

Primarily I use spotify premium since I am a student and get the sweet sweet $5 discount. I also tend to by vinyl records of albums that I have been listening to a lot so that I can help the musician/band. It's pretty nice because most vinyl comes with a digital download, so I can have a pretty high quality version on my computer. What clients do you use to stream music? Do you buy music? What do you think is the best way of obtaining music that is not pirating?

It stems from a friend of mine who likes to buy board games with huge numbers of pieces and tiles that seem to take longer and longer to set up each time we hang out.

But what if...Board games nowadays keep getting larger and more complex. Modular dungeon tiles, customization miniatures, multiple sets of different kinds of dice, and more and more complex rules. But what if there was a board game that had all of that plus more?! Well now there is! Introducing the ultimate in table top experience, Set Up: The Game. Comprising of over 1000 different tiles, 200 different types of currency, 50 different types of dice (including some non-transitive dice), and a 300 page rule book comprising a whole semester at your local university this board game is sure to fill the monotonous void in anyone's boring life. Watch as you and your friends campaign for votes to see who places the first tile. Marvel at the complexities of the in game stock market with over 70 different commodities that must be randomly generated over the course of a week in order to distribute wealth based on social status and race. Try and decipher the unique complex rules with properties and interactions that still need to be understood with set theoretic logic. And when you finally finish placing all the tiles, dice, figurines, money, tokens, and character creation sheets you get to start over and do it all again! Set Up: The Game! The most time consuming and difficult to understand board game you'll never actually play.
Edit: As much of a joke as this game would probably be I would actually pay to have something like it created.
Water Fountain was really cool. The aesthetic of the music video reminds me of Don't Hug Me I'm Scared.
