I feel like if I took the time to do that on my Facebook it would quite quickly become a full time job that's ultimately futile. One of things you learn living in an intolerant area, with intolerant family, is to pick your battles.

There's a reason I never log in. I'm happier being unaware of what everyone around me thinks. There's no reasoning the majority of them out of their views using logic.

The friends that I share similar values with communicate outside of Facebook, generally.

The Website Obesity Crisis is a good read: http://idlewords.com/talks/website_obesity.htm

The problem has only gotten worse since that was published.

But, and it's a big but, that doesn't mean AMP is a positive thing for the web as a whole.

It's inconsistent as hell across different systems. It constantly tries to get you to use the new UWP apps instead of the older programs, classic control panel for example. In general it's a huge pain in my ass on a day-to-day basis.

It's easily one of the more significant complaints I have with 10. I hear that frequently from my clients, too.

The search in Classic Start is significantly more reliable in my workflow.

For what it's worth, I have numerous sites behind cloudflare and my monitoring systems haven't made a peep all night (knock on wood). Origin servers and the clients that own them all located on the east coast of the US. Perhaps this was locally isolated.

https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ shows performance issues this past hour which have been since been resolved.
