Just these past couple years has caused a huge amount of upheaval, and I've personally witnessed huge changes in many people I know. People jumping ship from the left to the right, the right to the left, and everything in between.

Luckily, it...I have been playing it for a couple years now with my wife. We've been on hiatus waiting for the multiplayer to finally drop, along with several friends who intend to play with us. Luckily, it seems as though the modding community is still ahead of the curve and has solutions to allow for more than four people to play in one game.
I wanted to play it as soon as the MP beta dropped but everyone else voted to wait until it's officially released.
Driving. I love swimming and biking but they aren't necessary to my livelihood, and I don't believe swimming is nearly as important for survival as some people are making it out to be. If you know you can't swim, keep clear of large bodies of water, not that hard.
Unless we're talking theoretical doomsday scenarios here, where swimming and biking would be more useful than driving, driving is simply the most logical choice in the modern world, unless you live in a dense city where biking might be more useful than driving.
If you really want to be in or on the water, there are tons of flotation devices you can wear to avoid drowning just fine, no swimming skills required.
