You can use a lot up by drying and crushing. Dried mint is a staple in my house. Use it for seasoning meats or, what's common in middle Eastern household, make a yogurt drink my mixing it with yogurt, salt, and a little bit of water and ice to thin it out. It's like a lassi. Also, spread labne/Greek yogurt on a plate and season it with mint, olive oil, and whatever other spices you like. My classic is aleppo pepper, but a lot of combinations work. Eat with pita bread or chips. So good and easy for a refreshing snack.

I can recommend the Tabasco brand Sriracha. It's not as spicy but has a really nice fruity flavor. I've got a deep hot sauce shelf and it's become a staple.

If you have a ton or have real big ones to get through, I've made both zucchini fritters and zucchini bread. Make sure you squeeze out as much water as possible.

But my favorite is Korean squash stew. If you like gochujang it's a must: https://kimchimari.com/spicy-zucchini-stew-gochujang-hobak-jjigae/

But they are absolutely delicious, fiori di zucca fritti was a revelation I learned about in Italy. They even put that shit on pizza and it is orgasmic.

Was looking for pistachio. Much better when it isn't that nuclear green color though, natural pistachio, gelato especially, is pure nutty bliss. If a place has pistachio and hazelnut or amaretto,...

If a place has pistachio and hazelnut or amaretto, I'm done for.

I ordered my wife's ring from moissaniteco and she loved it. We've been married six years she she still stops and stares at it when the light hits it right.

However, beware of bands that are encrusted with lots of tiny diamonds. Because the band was so dainty, she started having issues with those side diamonds falling out since the prongs are so tiny. Moissaniteco had quick customer service at no charge to replace the stones, but others continued to fall out. We took it to a private jeweler and he said the band was just not well made and the diamonds were not secure. I ended up having him remake the band so it was a bit thicker and reset all the stones. No issues for a year and a half since.

Anyways, if you're looking for a moissaniteco ring, I recommend them, just be wary of super thin, dainty bands with lots of tiny stones. Hope you find one that your wife loves!
