tamarack I think I might prefer paper, but I just can't do paper books anymore. I want a tidy and uncluttered home, and that isn't possible when every bookshelf is stuffed full and there are piles of books...I think I might prefer paper, but I just can't do paper books anymore. I want a tidy and uncluttered home, and that isn't possible when every bookshelf is stuffed full and there are piles of books on the floor of every room as well. That had to stop.
So now it's ebooks for me, as much as possible.

tamarack I spend an hour or so each week at the gym, doing powerlifting - that is deadlifts, squats and bench presses. A few extra things as well if there's time, but those three exercises are the big...I spend an hour or so each week at the gym, doing powerlifting - that is deadlifts, squats and bench presses. A few extra things as well if there's time, but those three exercises are the big ones. It's not so much time, but I am making gains and I love the results.
I like kettlebells, too. Maybe I'll start working with them once a week.
