Pretty sad ending. And it's super shitty that Don Rosa never received any royalties from all the reprints of his work. Although I don't really buy the video makers argument that Disney doesn't reprint his work anymore out of spite. Disney is a rather soulless corporation so I doubt anyone still working there cares about him at all, and if they could safely make some money with a reprint of it they would... but they do care about their image and avoiding controversy, which is why the exceptionally racist caricatures in some of Don's work are a major issue and the most likely reason why it's not being reprinted.
And while, sure, they often put warnings about the somewhat problematic portrayals in their most popular movies, rather than outright remove those movies from circulation, Don Rosa's works aren't the only ones they have completely shelved due to them being highly problematic (e.g. Song of the South has never been available on DVD/Blu-Ray or Disney+ in the US, and according to Bob Iger is unlikely to ever be re-released).
I agree that the video gets a bit too conspiracy-theory at that point (and I don't like the title), but I thought it was otherwise a good video and worth sharing. As the video says, Don Rosa is...

I'm a huge fan of this guy. I've read a lot of comics just based on stuff he's pointed out.
