    They broke their game on Linux, as it can no longer run through WINE or VFIO. Hell, as long as Windows detects a hypervisor, League can't run.

      Same with Fortnite. AFAIK it used to run fine on Linux until Epic added BattlEye.

        BattlEye is different. It just doesn't work with WINE, but still works just fine if you play through VFIO (AFAIK). What Riot did is just straight up stop the game from working if it detects any...

        BattlEye is different. It just doesn't work with WINE, but still works just fine if you play through VFIO (AFAIK).

        What Riot did is just straight up stop the game from working if it detects any virtualization. It's a lazy approach to anti-cheat that punishes legit consumers.
