We use GCP at work. Generally we’ve had lots of frustrating availability and reliability issues with them, but this post absolutely tracks with my experience with their TSE’s. We once had a networking issue that turned out to have nothing at all the do with GCP, and a TSE still stayed on a video chat with us for almost an hour just helping us debug, even knowing it had nothing to do with their products. He was very, very knowledgeable, and clearly wanted to help find a solution.
