    The article is a good summary of the developments "everyone" has been expecting since a little before covid. Now many of these predictions are realities, but they aren't acknowledged and therefore aren't being dealt with.

    It'll be interesting to see where things are in five years. Demography means many things must have changed by them, whatever is done or happens.

      A potential big trigger is going to be the result of Country Garden missing their debt deadline this week and possibly going into default.

      China is very willing to do whatever it takes to shuffle things around and keep them moving, so it'll be interesting to see if they can stave off the consequences of rampant construction with no purpose and the mountains of bad investments that has built.
