Excellent. Comment I saw on reddit: “The defendant's case fell apart when they moved for a new venue, but were unable to name one they didn't already own.”

Here's hoping this goes somewhere, but I don't believe this is the first time they've lost or been found liable or told they're crossing a line. Long past the "believe it when I see it" point.

AXS - primarily tickets for AEG (so like they're part of the company whose venues are being ticketed)
      Eventbrite - seems independent
Dice - seems independent and British?

I'd say these are probably mostly independent shows and festivals if I am reading the company descriptions right. Eventbrite does a lot of local events too IME, like pub crawls and things.

That checks out. I do only go to small / medium size shows, no arenas for me. I didn't know Dice was British; good for them for making a dent here in the States.

Dice got bought out but seems to be operating pretty independently still and wasn't bought by the monopoly (I didn't dig super deep so maybe it was just under a bunch of business aliases or something)
