This is a fascinating aspect to archeology. I think the guy could use some work on names, fish porridge sounds vile but the recipe actually sounds pretty good. I can imagine how comforting it would be in the depths of winter! I appreciate how he’s given a modern alternative so you could actually try it out for yourself
