They show one of the traditions - people standing at attention and reading a book. That reminded me of programme about military traditions in the UK armed forces called In The Highest Tradition, and it's on YouTube here too (I'm not sure how geo-locked these are).
I could watch those episodes on iPlayer even from Canada. Normally I have to set my VPN to the UK, and login with my old UK address registered BBC account in order to watch most things on iPlayer....
