Townsends (formerly "Jas. Townsend & Son") is one of my absolute favorite channels since it combines my love of history with cooking. The channel originally started as a way for them to promote their historic reenactment gear store, but now is basically its own independent thing. It's super binge-worthy and even their live-streams are super fun and interesting to watch, IMO.
