    <3 the eggs.emu tag :P I have only ever had chicken, duck and quail eggs but I would love to try ostrich and emu eggs eventually too. IMO duck eggs have a bit stronger flavor than chicken and...

    I have only ever had chicken, duck and quail eggs but I would love to try ostrich and emu eggs eventually too. IMO duck eggs have a bit stronger flavor than chicken and quail eggs are a bit richer/creamier, but does anyone who has tried ostrich or emu eggs know if they taste any different than chicken eggs too?
