One of the most interesting to me was steaming the eggs to reach 'soft boiled' temperature. A good six-minute egg is a pleasure my grandfather taught me when I was something like three years old—my mother thought it was a weird way to feed a kid, but grandpa liked it and that meant so did I. I loved sitting at his kitchen table and dipping toast into the warm yolk. It's become a comfort food for me because of those memories, but I never thought to steam them, and it seems like a great way to do it without having to boil a big pot of water for a few eggs.

Apart from that, interesting! Thanks for the link. My favourite way to do eggs is the Gordon Ramsay's way to do scrambled eggs on toast. Beautiful treat.

I also like menemens, a Turkish dish that's similar to actual frittata, but with a certain set of ingredients (tomatoes, peppers, onions if you like, seasoning) and it's cooked runnier. I like cooking it like a scrambled egg in a pan, with veggies cooked rare. This is enough to fill you up as a quick dinner.
