I loved this so much I watched it twice already! All the Queens did an amazing job getting into character for first time players, but i was especially impressed by Bob the Drag Queen. I wish the series was going to be longer, I think I heard there will only be 4 episodes.

I originally got very annoyed while watching the show. I was especially annoyed at Twyla for not paying attention to what was going on in the game. It was mildly amusing at first, but it got tiring very fast.
But then once I reframed what I expected from the show, it worked a lot better. Because Brennan had to explain all the basic mechanics of D&D over time to all of them because they were new.
So now I see the show as a bunch of beginners learning D&D and hanging out with friends. It is much more enjoyable with that mindset.
It might not be my favourite season, but I think it might be the one I'd use to introduce friends to D&D as its geared to slowly explaining how the game works.
Bob is great though. I had no idea they were new to the game. I was thoroughly impressed.
Dimension20 is so good i ended up buying a subscription to dropout to watch more episodes, and i hate subscriptions. Great show, couldn't recommend it enough, glad to see they're putting more free...

They generally put the first episode of each new season up on YouTube. I am not a fan of subscriptions, though I have more than I'd like, but Dropout is one I feel good about.
