Modern:
Underworld Breach is banned.
Legacy:
Sowing Mycospawn is banned.
Troll of Khazad-dûm is banned.
Pauper:
Basking Broodscale is banned.
Kuldotha Rebirth is banned.
Deadly Dispute is banned.
Prophetic Prism is unbanned.
High Tide is unbanned.
As someone who mostly follows modern, the Underworld Breach ban seemed like the expected outcome. There were some tournaments where the Temur Breach deck was taking 6 of the top 8 spots. Mox Opal is probably the other strongest candidate card for banning, but they just unbanned it in the last announcement, and other artifact decks haven't shone particularly brightly in this environment, so it seems fine to keep it around. Underworld Breach has also been banned in Legacy and Pioneer.
The archetype posted an astounding 58.2% win rate across both Regional Championships in non-mirror, non-bye, non-draw matches. In the United States alone, sixteen of the Top 32 players were leveraging Grinding Station loops to secure their wins, solidifying Temur Breach as the defining Modern deck.
It's not as if opponents weren't prepared. Sideboards were brimming with hate cards like Stony Silence , Drannith Magistrate , Surgical Extraction , Wrath of the Skies , The Stone Brain , Force of Vigor , Wear // Tear , Soulless Jailer , Leyline of the Void , and beyond. Many competitors dedicated half their sideboards to disrupting the combo. Yet, it wasn't enough to keep the deck from dominating.
Yeaaah i'm not shocked to see Mycospawn and Troll hit in legacy. They both seemed like key parts of some miserable play. I'm curious if Troll is enough to hobble legacy reanimator, as right now...

They both seemed like key parts of some miserable play. I'm curious if Troll is enough to hobble legacy reanimator, as right now it's just so resilient/flexible.

Here's an except of an article by Frank Karsten from February:
