I ended up buying the DE10-nano direct from TerASIC and ended up spending nearly $300 to get it shipped to me in two months time only to now see that there is a seller on aliexpress selling a complete system with the IO board with integrated USB hub, SDRAM expansion, acrylic case, and even microSD card for about $430 including shipping. It seems a bit too good to be true though.
