I'm pumped for the mixed housing. It would've been weird to have a small zone for business within residential hoping it becomes something that makes sense for the area, like a grocery store, vs an office space.
And it does look like industrial, or at least for farms, is free-form zoning. Surprised they didn't highlight it specifically.
