    I'm not sure how I feel about development points. On one hand, having to make tradeoffs could make the game more interesting. On the other hand, why can I build something if I have enough money. I wonder if there will be a free play mode that has everything unlocked. Having free play mode unlock after hitting all milestones would be okay with me.

    Overall, I'm excited about this game :)

      I'm pretty sure they've shown an option to have all milestones unlocked when you create your city, and even without that passing all the milestones should give you enough development points to...

      I'm pretty sure they've shown an option to have all milestones unlocked when you create your city, and even without that passing all the milestones should give you enough development points to unlock everything. I think this is a great move to simulate the decision making process that real cities have to make without making it too complicated and encourages creating a story with your city.

    I just hope that the unlocks are well balanced and avoid the biggest pitfall: always choosing the same unlock/s first on each playthrough, since they are the most beneficial in comparison with others.
