    This is unexpected. Not that Microsoft will do anything for this acquisition to pass, but that first crack at all streaming titles goes to Ubisoft? Is this doing to be something like the next...

    This is unexpected. Not that Microsoft will do anything for this acquisition to pass, but that first crack at all streaming titles goes to Ubisoft? Is this doing to be something like the next Sony-Disney joint custody of Spider-Man, or does it make Ubisoft Plus that much more valuable? Do we see Game Pass Ultimate getting access to Ubisoft Plus games as well, similar to EA Access, and this is sort of a foot in the door?

    Well, IANAL, but it seems that people's theory that MS was going to up and abandon its second biggest market and attempt to use its monopolistic power to break a first world country is... not the approach that is being pursued.

    In all seriousness, I wonder is this is enough. Ostensibly, this was the biggest thing the CMA was concerned about, right?
