Not much for me to add. I feel like Ready At Dawn was a peak example of "You can do everything right and still lose". Very few duds in my opinion, with great titles shipped across portables, console, and even VR (Lone Echo is an absolute must play for anyone with a VR kit). Wish the best for those affected.

Sure, you can get around WARN if you layoff in multiple waves instead of at once. I sure hope that loophole is closed one day. If nothing else, employees should get a chance to prepare instead of being alerted a few hours before news is informed (I do have a former co-worker affected here who more or less said so).
