Gonna try and get a handle on everything shown off at TGS this year. It will probably be less structured compared to the Sony State of Play thread I posted, as language barriers, time zones, and finding official trailer sources I gonna be a lot more time consuming than just going to the Playstation youtube channel.

Threads of Time is giving some major PS1 era pixel sprites + 3D background JRPG vibes (apart from the obvious comparisons to Chrono Trigger). Hope it turns out well!
That one had a little too much influence for my liking. I enjoy Chrono Trigger and I like sprite work, I don't need something that is pretending to be Chrono Trigger.
I honestly wouldn't have noticed it were pixel art if you hadn't primed me to look at it. I've got to say, those character designs at the beginning really reminded me of High Guardian Spice for a hot moment, but it does look pretty good overall.
