I don't think I'm going to go out of my way to complete the set, but one or two of my friends might.
I still payed a bit of attention to the subreddit and it sounds like the game was in a good place. I don't think WotC would want to snatch up the license if the game was failing.

I'd be very surprised if WotC wanted to release a netrunner product, actually. FFG has lost a lot of third-party IPs recently and their acquisition by Asmodee probably means that Netrunner being in their hands represents a greater threat of competition. I'd be calling my things home too, I think.
Does this mean that they won't be printing at all anymore? As in, what's printed is it? Do I need to scramble to get all the expansions or completely lose out?

Yes, this seems to mean that no more cards will be manufactured. I don't think there will be a huge rush on what remains, though, and no doubt people will start selling off their collections soon....

I think you'd be in a good spot to pick up everything you don't have for comparatively cheap if you just started checking ebay or the BGG marketplace every now and again.

Yeah I've been keeping up with it a bit but haven't really played in two years. Hoping to complete the cardpool in the next couple months
