A small selection of things you don't see credits for:

    • the person who captained the ship who delivered your phone to your country
    • the person who cooked your meal
    • the person who designed the road you are driving on
    • the person who is monitoring the electricity in your city

Why on earth have we gone so far in to this idea that movies, TV shows, games etc require the consumer to be told who did what? That is what a CV and a reference is for and doesn't need to be front facing in the slightest. I don't care who was holding the microphone in scene 17 or who animated that mob, and I don't feel guilty about the fact I don't care.

Why can't they prove what they've done the same way 99.99% of every other occupation that exists prove it?
