The more I hear about this, the more I understand Bungies comments for buying their company back from Activision in 2019. They were making comments about the disgraceful atmosphere both at the developer level and the executive level and how horribly managed it was.
Edit: Bungie released a quite long statement a week ago and had started several diversity programs immediately after leaving Activision in 2019.
