    The description of that procedure had me internally recoiling in pain.

    Another aside, as I've always thought of myself as somewhat insecure, it shocks me all the time to see how (despite any blessings or curses down below) I'm apparently super secure as the idea of injecting fat into my dong literally NEVER crossed my mind. I've also been against synthol or whatever those guys were injecting into their arms. Maybe it's just because I hate needles.

    Is the key to self confidence to be so afraid of needles and surgery that you just decide to be okay with yourself?

    Whether or not I agree with the surgery, recipients, or anything - it's neat I suppose.
