Rickets, scurvy, measles and scabies are increasing in the UK alarming health experts

    These are horrifying vaccination rates. They're not even close to herd immunity levels... Even if the NHS had more funding, I'm not sure that would do anything to fix the low vaccination rates.

    The result is that in Birmingham, where last month doctors treated more than 50 measles cases, prompting the UKHSA to declare a “national incident”, only 80% of children had received two doses of the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine by their fourth birthday (the national target is 95%). And in Hackney, east London, the figure is just 56.3%.

    These are horrifying vaccination rates. They're not even close to herd immunity levels... Even if the NHS had more funding, I'm not sure that would do anything to fix the low vaccination rates.

      It's crazy how we've moved from how common, accepted, and trusted vaccines were when I was growing up to the sad state we see now. This is both disheartening and terrifying. People don't realize...

      This is both disheartening and terrifying.

      People don't realize the long term consequences of this. The strong 1st world increase in anti-intellectualism is insane.

      I feel for the people who took the proper precautions but will still be affected by the willfully ignorant choices of others.

      I hope we can steer things back before it's too late.
