I’ve still been running at least 4 times a week, at least a 5k each time. The winery I work for donated some wine to a running event and got some free tickets out of it. So a coworker and I are doing a half marathon this summer. I am pretty exited! I have never officially ran a half marathon, but I have done one 3 times. I just happened to get to the 10 mile mark without really noticing and decided to complete it. I am looking forward to doing one for real. I have wanted to for a while, but tickets are so dang expensive.

I'm trying to make it as easy as possible on myself: going during lunch and focusing on walking outside since that's the only excercise I do for the fun of it. Already get 7k a day in between the 2 walks I do with my dog.

I'm thinking of getting one of those walking pads for my home. I could easily listen to podcasts or watch YouTube and walk. Wondering how good they are...

Thanks to the people who suggested I take some time from lifting to recover in the thread I created about low testosterone I am now barely lifting.

I stopped for two weeks and now I am struggling to come back. I am doing the bare minimun. Something like only two or three exercises per session.

Just kidding, it's not your fault guys. After I discovered I have to do surgery for grade 3 varicocele I lost all my desire to lift due to my low test. I'm trying to at least keep my main lifts from going down too much, but i'm too discouraged.

At least doc said my blood test and overall health are superb.

After surgery I'll have stop lifting for at least 30 days anyway. I have not scheduled yet, but it will probably be in July.
