Anyone here ever use a guided meditation on YouTube?

There's been an explosion over the past few years, and there's so many to try, but a lot of them don't work for me due to me just not feeling soothed by the speaker's voice. There's Guided Meditations to help you sleep, to help calm anxiety, to connect to your higher self, etc. Any suggestions? Links much appreciated!

I'm not really a guided meditation fan as most people's "relaxing" (breathy, whispering) voices really annoy me and grate on my nerves, which is the same reason I hate typical ASMR videos as well....

So rather than guided meditation, I practice classical Zazen meditation daily where I just focus on counting breaths 1 to 10, then start back at 1, repeating for 15min or so. Occasionally I do Koans instead of counting by just repeating a meaningful phrase with each exhale (e.g. "Serenity", "Emptiness", etc.) to help me get into a deeper state or particular frame of mind, instead of counting. Sometimes I even play music while I meditate (e.g. Gyuto monks, Gregorian chants. However, most times I just sit in silence with my own breathing and counting guiding me.

Since you also struggle with people's voices, you should give Zazen a try too, IMO. Here is a really good, quick video guide to Zazen, if you're interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDJ_wbjBL6c#t=44s

Hey, I've only ever really found one guided meditation helpful. This one is the only one that I found that really got the idea click in my head and understand the how to get there consistently (Sorry I couldn't find a version without music quickly, you might want to consider finding a version without music, it's not for everybody).
