I started off with Yoga this week. Then, i took a huge dip. I worked outdoors the last 3 days and boy is it hot/humid where I'm at. I knocked out upon coming home.

The fitness center at my apt bldg recently opened, but with limited hours. I can't take advantage of this wonderful, air conditioned space because I work during those hours.

I'm thinking of changing my habits and maybe waking up before work to jog outside so I can beat the heat. I usually work out after work, but the outdoors has been so exhausting lately. I'd have to get up pretty early in order to accommodate. Fingers crossed!

Just ordered a 24 and a 32 kg kettlebell. Let's see what I can do with it.

Has anybody tried Greg Nuckol's A2S2? I'm planning on buying it and hopping on it in a week or so. Edit: I bought it, will update after the first 7-week cycle how well it's going!

Add a bit of cardio and it makes for a neat routine I think.

Last month, I drank a ridiculous amount of alcohol, so I'm doing a dry month. I also started hitting the gym again after like a year off due to budgetary constraints. It's been rough this first week since I'm not used to it anymore, but I feel great overall. I'm trying to figure out a good workout plan since my local gym doesn't have an area/rubber plates for dead lifting and limited equipment.
