      Congrats!

I have a lump in my lower neck on my right side right before my shoulder starts-- I forget what it is, but I'd always assumed it was a knot that needed to be worked out or something to fear until a doctor was like "what? no, that's your x" -- I feel bad for spacing what it is, but anytime I search "lump in neck" lymph nodes are the first result, and this is significantly lower and only on my right side. Go figure.

Anyways, that freaked me out, as did the xiphoid process(sp?) something where your center chest area slowly hardens and gets a bit sensitive to the touch. Apparently it's a real weak spot. Anyways, everyone knew about it but me apparently.

Congrats again on your lifestyle changes! Did anything galvanize you into your decision specifically, or was it just a gradual change?

Fielding any suggestions people have for home training. Since covid started, I've been suspension training for the first time and it's good and I like it, but I usually switch programs every 8 to 16 weeks and it's been about that time and I'm getting itchy to try something else.

I'm not opposed to buying new gear, I'm saving money on my gym membership as thankfully I've been able to freeze it this whole time. But I have very limited space (800 square feet place I share with two other people). Outdoors are OK, but it's hot and humid as hell right now, so not ideal.

Goals are strength and muscle size, which is basically the same thing, I know. Male vanity muscles are ideal (arms, chest, traps, lats, etc).

I bought a kettlebell and it's cool. I bought a 24 kg one and i'm having a hard time learning the Clean, but other exercises are nice to do. There are a lot of circuits you can do and kettlebell swings are really good for conditioning and working your posterior chain.

I recommend starting with 16 kg.

I should check to see if some are more available right now. In March, they were sold out everywhere. But that would be good. Some sort of kettlebell based work actually sounds pretty good. Cheers!
