It seems like every month I’m a part of a new “team” or “region” or “quadrant” or “talent pack” or “market” or “silo” or “branch” or “org unit”. Often it’s back and forth. Sometimes I’m aligned with [Grouping Noun] A, then B, then part of what was A, but is really just mostly A with a few additions/subtractions, and then a year later I’m back in B, or whatever new grouping that will solve all our issues.
