Edit: Realize I didn't add a description! From their website:
WindowSwap?
Let's face it. We are all stuck indoors.
And it's going to be a while till we travel again.
Window Swap is here to fill that deep void in our wanderlust hearts by allowing us to look through someone else's window, somewhere in the world, for a while.
A place on the internet where all we travel hungry fools share our 'window views' to help each other feel a little bit better till we can (responsibly) explore our beautiful planet again.
Send us your view!

Also, apparently many also have audio feeds, as I discovered when I found a window from Twickenham, UK that had some upbeat, dancey music going in the background. Thanks for sharing this, monarda!
I saw that one too! My favorite was one in India that overlooked a magnificent garden and it was pouring down rain which you could hear. I haven't been able to cycle back to it :(

Sadly, thanks to Web video DRM, my non-Firefox, non-Chromium browser is not able to play these videos. It's possible to publish non-DRM video, but few go through the trouble.

I just tried watching a random video on Vimeo, and got the following message:
Player error
The player is having trouble. We’ll have it back up and running as soon as possible.
Sadly, this is a common experience for anyone not using a browser which doesn't have all the DRM codecs.
It does not apply to all sites, however. For example, YouTube and Giphy work for me almost always.

I like this idea a lot. Kind of reminds me of that one "open security cameras" subreddit but less....uh....creepy.
Hah, yes. I'm thinking about uploading a video from my window because so many birds come into my front garden, and I have huge windows.
That's so cool! I landed on one with rain in a big city. I really like the concept. Is there more information? Who made the site?
Here's the article from where I found the site: Window Swap offers the chance to gaze out to the view of a distant stranger

The videos are hosted on Vimeo. Can you usually watch stuff on Vimeo? What browser do you use?
