If not wanting someone to post an almost exact duplicate of a different post with many comments that is still on the front page based on activity is "aggressive bullying", sure. I'm annoyed...

I'm annoyed because there's so many UFO posts on my front page that it actively feels spammy and the people posting them clearly aren't even doing a perfunctory check to see if someone else has already posted the same topic. I've actually been reading the comments on one of the other posts (which has quite a few) with interest (otherwise I'd just block relevant tags). But this isn't a forum dedicated to UFO enthusiasts and it's irritating to see a bunch of duplicate posts on the exact same topic.

Yeah, as-is I can't report the post to Deimos at all since you can't label posts. A label for duplicates would be handy.
