This is one of my absolute favorite short films. The scope and soundtrack are just... perfectly married together with Sagan's narration. This is the style of presentation I find I want to see in science fiction - almost like it's a nature documentary in-space. Broad scope, let the visuals drive the imagination. One of the reasons I liked The Martian as much as I did was for their similar take on the visual style.
