I think the only thing they might vote no on Zaslav’s parachute. But I’m just always gonna disagree with Zaslav being characterized as the guy that ran Warner Bros into the ground. He paid 20B of the debt AT&T dumped on them in three years, got HBOMAX to be profitable, extended theatrical windows, gave filmmakers big deals, created original hits in theaters with Sinners, One Battle After Another, and Weapons (obviously Abdy and De Luca are behind these but guess who appointed them) revitalized interest in DC.
He didn’t want to sell. But he is in service of the board which did. And if he was gonna sell he would have wanted to sell to Netflix (he very obviously doesn’t like the Ellison’s) but again that’s the board doing this.
The vote is passing. For a while it seemed like the middle eastern investors might not be able to hold their end of the deal due to the war but… they did. For a bit it seemed like Oracle’s stock my drop preventing Larry from meeting his part but… it hasn’t. The last strategy left is for State AG’s to delay it that the ticking clock fee Ellison negotiated runs so high that they need to drop the deal.
No on really wants to deal to happen outside of Ellison, Trump and the WB board. But those factors don’t really do anything. Outside pressure isn’t gonna stop a business from doing business.

I've been following her YouTube channel for some time and I'm just constantly amazed by the way she exposes the machinations of Larry Ellison and friends, and brings receipts.
The shareholder vote to approve the merger is happening this Thursday. It would be prudent for anyone casting a vote to hear with Drey has to say, first. Knowledge is power!
