    I've posted this before, almost two years ago now, and I thought that people who haven't seen it before might appreciate it, especially in these tough times. I rewatch it every now and then...

    I've posted this before, almost two years ago now, and I thought that people who haven't seen it before might appreciate it, especially in these tough times. I rewatch it every now and then because it never fails to give me hope for the future of humanity and our world. Hope people enjoy it!

      I will never get sick of this little short, even if I admit that everyone quoting Sagan endlessly has become a bit cliche. It's like the opening of a scifi I badly want to see get made.

        Haha, yeah. The closest thing I've seen to matching the visual awe that I get with this is the show The Expanse, but that never comes close to matching the wonder that this short always brings up...

            Didn't realize that before, but it's definitely a nice touch. For all that crew gets done, it always seems a little bit futile, like jousting with a windmill...
