What songs have interesting/unique instrumentation?

What song a do you think have unique instrumentation (either by being a unique combination of instruments, or an instrument being used in an unusual genre)?

My first thought was the Mongolian horse-head fiddle for heavy metal music by The Hu Also their throat-singing technique. They rock.

That horse-head fiddle was pretty cool! First discovered Mongolian throat-singing watching Olox on America's Got Talent a while back. Still to this day my favorite cover of Zombie by The Cranberries.

Here’s an Accordion duet cover of “Through the Fire and Flames.” Also check out Steve’n’Seagulls.
