Honestly, Bo makes a lot more sense once you have seen his other specials. This song in particular resonated and if you weren't going to consume any of his other content, I'd go with this one.

Bo singing it on Green Room is my personal favorite version. That whole episode is amazing and well worth watching too though, IMO.

Despite Bo being known as a comedian, that special is dark. I'd avoid watching it alone if you struggle with anxiety or depression.

It definitely gets dark, and touches on some rather dark subjects, especially the part where he talks about suicide, and also when he totally breaks down into tears near the end of it. However, even though I can only speak for myself, so others may react differently to it, for me it honestly helped me to reach some clarity on my own social isolation and mental illness situation, and finally break out of my downward spiral. The story he tells in the middle of All Eyes On Me hit especially close to home for me too. Learning that Bo suffers from panic attacks made me feel less alone, since I also have panic disorder and agoraphobia.
