Biden calls on Cuomo to resign, says he might get prosecuted

President Biden called on New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to resign Tuesday after an explosive new report was released by the New York state attorney general's office on allegations of sexual harassment against the governor.

"I think he should resign," Biden said of his fellow Democrat.

He stopped short of calling for Cuomo's impeachment and removal by the New York State Assembly, or whether he should be prosecuted.

The report detailed multiple allegations of sexual harassment, said that the Cuomo administration was a "hostile work environment," and that Cuomo violated multiple federal and state laws — though the office is not pursuing a criminal investigation.

In March, Biden said if the state attorney general's investigation confirmed the allegations against Cuomo, that, "Yes," he should resign. "I think he'll end up prosecuted, too."

Portland Police Can’t Find Recruits for Revived Gun Violence Division

Out of 14 vacancies on the task force, only four police personnel indicated willingness to join, suggesting low confidence in the department’s practices among officers, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday. Some hesitance, it seems, also stems from fear of negative public reputation which the unit has generated in recent months.

For the moment, it only takes a few seconds a week to manually click Ignore on the post when you see it.

Would be nice if we could do NAND filtering. As far as unique tags, might just want to call it politics.recurring, redundant but effective.

Hmmmm. Any thoughts? My first instinct is news and updates so that it doesn't duplicate any of the information in the other tags. Maybe it is too 'mealy'?

The nesting of politics.usa.recurring could potentially cause some problems, since the . indicates steps in a hierarchy, and I am not entirely sure how the filter would handle that. So a non-hierarchical, totally unique tag, like weekly_us_politics, would probably be the safer way to do it since there would be less chance of other topics accidentally being filtered out along with it.
