Hello, I am el fox. Just joined today and kind of lurking trying to figure out where to eventually dive in. What do I need to know about interacting here?

And how about that Elon Musk? I think he might have just flown a little too close to the Sun. At this point I hope he just steps down and takes a less forward facing role in the company and gets himself together. Really rooting for it to work out. Sad to see someone so far off the rails.

        (The "mark new comments" feature makes a huge difference too and you should really turn it on as long as you're not extremely privacy-oriented and concerned about the site tracking your last visit to each comments page)

          I do have that one on, love it for checking back on old threads. No clue how I missed dark mode since it's right there.

      This is why I love this place. So many arguments but no gets bent out of shape (to the degree I've seen in other places.)

      be respectful. there's zero need to agree with everyone you encounter on here, and there have been some
      pretty striking disagreements on here! the difference? people on tildes seem to handle these disagreements
      pretty well. keeping one's calm and not assuming malice from the other party are very common themes here.

      This is why I love this place. So many arguments but no gets bent out of shape (to the degree I've seen in other places.)

      I got lost in the development part of the docs. That's cool that it's laid out like that and there's the vagrant stuff ready to go.
