And now I start the fun process of getting a passport, getting a new SNN card, registering to vote and changing my name on all other important documents while Covid-19 rages on.

This week I joined Tildes! Hi everyone :)

I've wished for a reddit alternative for a long time since I don't really like the culture of that site and what it does to people who use it a lot (which may be a lot of us). I'm going to try and help tildes be more active!

That looks like a nice webmail service, thanks for the link. I've always wanted to get up my own domain (when I have the income for that) and webmail would certainly be on the list.

I also got Migadu emails working with my domain, so I'm able to receive mail.

Finished a small piano composition using Pianoteq (that thing is amazing). Piano pieces are always interesting and challenging because there's not a lot of fluff involved, you can't add effects and crap, it's pure composition. I've don't have much theoretical understanding of harmony so I mainly focused on rhythm on that one, but it came out ok I think.

Otherwise I went out one evening and I got caught in a huge hailstorm, it was a bit scary. I went in the forest and stood next to a tree with my umbrella and waited for it to pass, I could hear the lightnings coming closer (counting the time between the light and the thunder). Thankfully I managed to stay mostly dry (it got chilly very fast), although my shoes were soaked.

I considered getting a DLC or two for The Sims 4, but they're just so expensive that I can't justify it during the current emergency. And that's with 50% off.

Flown my FPV drone for the first time in local park. Was kind of scary because there were still a lot of people around, but it's great fun, it goes really fast, and I've almost lost it in the field, good thing it beeps when it loses the connection with the controller.
