    Every candidate you will speak to has just spent two years productively contributing to a team in a mostly remote capacity. Demanding their hindquarters be in a chair that you specify, at a time and place of your choosing, verges on insulting to the average tech worker these days

    Everyone I know that's hunting (myself included) has 'permanant WFH' pretty highly valued. And I'd wager a lot more of the passive seekers are only passive while their WFH remains.

    I wasn’t sure about this article at first, but upon review it does hold true with me. I’d like a new job and WFH would definitely be a goal. If I’m not working remote, the only reason I’d be ok...

    I wasn’t sure about this article at first, but upon review it does hold true with me. I’d like a new job and WFH would definitely be a goal. If I’m not working remote, the only reason I’d be ok with that would be if I get to play with expensive equipment I wouldn’t have access to at home.
