The question isn't about who you want to date. It's about things you don't like. "Here's a list of things that people often dislike. Pick four that you dislike most."
I presume the idea was to match you with other people with similar dislikes, or to not match you with people who like the things you dislike.
Yeah... Being LGBT was literally classified as a disease back then so it would make sense for them to follow the medical consensus and group it with actual disabilities.
