Side note as a relatively new Tildes user: Is it customary / preferred to use the title "As Is" from a news site? Or is it okay to summarize it down if it's overly "click-baity" or long?

For most of the time, it's preferred to take the title as-is. However it is acceptable to change it if you believe it's click-baity. It is worth taking a moment to pause and consider if the click bait title you want to change is for an article that's worth discussing though. A short comment to explain why you changed it is also nice.

Also worth noting, in Tildes the title can still be changed after it's created unlike Reddit, so don't fret about it too much.

Great I think that’s reasonable, thanks for the clarification!

There are also some people on the site who can change the title but they generally leave a comment saying why they did it.

I'd love to be able to just buy a panel, install it, then next year buy another couple of panels, and so on. And then maybe upgrade to a better, more efficient, panel one day in the future without much fuss. Much in the same way that we'd replace a fridge or washing machine.

This seems interesting. My intended use case for solar battery system is very narrow. I would like something that can power an AC + serves as a backup battery in cases of outages or zombie uprising.
